The present invention relates to an adjusting device having the features of the preamble of claim 1, a piece of furniture with such an adjusting device and a method for mounting a movable furniture part on a furniture body by means of such adjusting device.
In particular, the present invention relates to furniture flaps which are pivotally mounted about a horizontal axis on a furniture body.
A generic adjusting device is disclosed, for example, in the not previously published Austrian patent application with the file number A 103/2013. It comprises a body pivotally mounted on the furniture body, and a pivotally mounted on the housing arm lever. The housing houses a force storage - in this embodiment, a coil spring - whereby a arranged on Stellarmhebel cam is acted upon with a force. This control cam has a vertex, whereby, depending on the position of the actuating arm relative to the housing, the force acts on the stretching or opening of the adjusting device or the bending or closing of the adjusting device.
In the assembly of generic positioning devices, the problem is that attachment of the actuating arm on the movable furniture part in the bent or in the extended position of the actuating arm is simply possible.
In the fully flexed position, this is obvious as this would require mounting from within the furniture body.
The adjusting device is dimensioned so that even when the flap is completely open there is no complete extension of the adjusting device. This is to ensure that the restoring force for the open position is large enough in all situations. However, this results in that the Stellarmhebel must be slightly bent during assembly by the fitter (see Fig. 7a, 7b, 8c and 8b). This is both a cumbersome and difficult for an individual, since the flap must be held at the same time and the attachment of the actuating arm on the flap must be done.
Adjusting devices for furniture flaps, which have actuating arm levers with length adjustment, are known, for example, from WO 2006/039729 A1. It must be closed after attaching the arm lever on the flap, whereby the length of the actuating arm is adjusted. Thereafter, however, the flap must be opened again to lock the actuator arm in the set length. This step is not necessary per se. In addition, the length adjustment of the actuator arm must be made quite stiff, so as not to allow inadvertent adjustment during opening.
When adjusting devices which have both a pivotable housing and a pivotable Stellarmhebel, this latter effect is enhanced, because when you open the door of the energy storage would work directly on a change in length of Stellarmhebels.
The object of the invention is to provide an adjusting device and a piece of furniture with such an adjusting device, which are characterized by a simplified assembly. Furthermore, a method for mounting such a control device is to be provided.
This object is achieved by an adjusting device having the features of claim 1, a piece of furniture with such an adjusting device and a method having the features of claim 18.
This is done by a first lever of the actuating arm can be locked relative to a second lever of the actuating arm by means of an automatic locking device in the operating position. That is, the lock in the operating position takes place without further action by the fitter or the user, usually within the furniture body, automatically. For example, by means of the mobility of the first lever relative to the second lever, a length of Stellarmhebels is adjustable, the Stellarmhebel can be set from a, usually short, mounting length in a predefined length for operation.
In order to ensure that no unintentional change of the actuating arm from the mounting position happens before assembly, a locking device for releasably locking the first lever can be provided relative to the second lever in the mounting position of the actuating arm.
Preferably, it can be provided that the locking device is formed positively. A secure locking in the operating position can be achieved.
Favor can also be provided with a motive force to move the furniture part, a force storage device for acting on the actuating arm lever. Particularly preferably, it can be provided that the locking of the first lever relative to the second lever by the action of the motive force is releasable. Both can serve to relieve the fitter, since he does not have to spend the force for releasing the locking or the movement of the actuating lever in the operating position.
In a particularly preferred embodiment it can be provided that the locking device and / or the locking device comprises a spring element, wherein preferably exactly one spring element is provided. In particular, in the embodiment with exactly one spring element, it can be achieved that the locking device frictionally and the locking device function positively. The housing 21 is pivotally mounted on the body 3 of the furniture 10. It houses a force accumulator 9 (see FIGS. 9a and 9b), by means of which the control cam 22 is acted upon by a force. The actuator arm 4 is fixedly connected to the control cam 22. He has a first lever 5 and a second lever 6. The Stellarmhebel 4 has a first lever 5 and a second lever 6. To change the length of the actuating arm 4, the first lever 5 and the second lever 6 can be moved along the same rail along each other. For relative movements of the first lever 5 and the second lever 6, a guide 11 is also provided. This is executed in this case as a slot 12 in cooperation with the guide pin 13. It is advantageous here that the two levers 5, 6 are not detachable from each other. In other words, only the mounting position, the operating position and the intermediate positions are possible. An extension of the actuating arm 4 by the energy storage device 9 beyond the operating position is prevented by such a running guide 11.

The movement axis X is the axis along which the relative movements of the first lever 5 and the second lever 6 take place, which are permitted by the rail-like configuration of the two levers 5, 6.
By pulling on the second lever 6, a force is exerted on the spring element 14 by means of the projections 18 of the spring element 14 engaging in the openings 18. In the present embodiment, this force is applied from the energy storage 9.
Inclined planes at the depressions 19 ensure that the movement of the spring element 14 caused by the movement force of the spring element 14 takes place relative to the first lever 5, a compression of the bulges 15 against the tension of the spring zone 16. The transverse extent D of the spring element 14 is thereby reduced so that the bulges 15 can slide out of the depressions 19, whereby a relative movement of the first lever 5 relative to the second lever 6 from the mounting position in the direction of the operating position is made possible.
FIGS. 12a to 12f are analogous to FIGS. 11a to 11f, wherein the actuating arm lever 4 is now in an intermediate position (see FIGS. 5a and 5b). The spring element 14 is compressed so that its transverse extent D is small enough to find 5 place in the non-widened part of the first lever.
In FIGS. 13a to 13f, the actuating arm lever 4 is shown analogously to FIGS. 12a to 12f, the actuating arm lever 4 now being in the operating position. Due to the recesses 20, which are arranged in the first lever, the spring zone 16 of the spring element 14 is relieved, whereby the spring element 14 assumes its full transverse extent D. A further extension of the actuating arm 4 is not possible due to the above-described guide 11.
FIGS. 14a and 14b show a piece of furniture 10 with an adjusting device 1 according to the invention. Shown is a situation during the assembly process, wherein the setting lever 4 is not yet connected to the furniture part 2.
The present invention is not limited to embodiments shown here. For example, the spring element 14 would not have the shape of the embodiment shown here. Also constructions by means of flat springs or spring tongues are conceivable. The present invention is not limited to adjusting devices having a pivotable housing 21. The configuration of the locking device 8 by means of recesses 19 is not essential, although this embodiment allows a substantial relief of the spring element 14 in the mounting position.
